We are called to be both faithful and generous when handling God's resources. When we give, we trust God and proclaim with our lives that our resources are His and that our ultimate joy and satisfaction are found only in Him. 

Ways to Give

Mobile Giving

Online Giving
You can give one time as a guest, or choose to set up an account. With a simple click of the mouse, you can get started today. To give online, click HERE.

What if I make a mistake and need to have a completed transaction reversed?
Contact the accounting department at operations@foccs.net so your situation can be handled appropriately.
Cash or Checks
Please make checks payable to Family of Christ. By contributing via check, you authorize the church to use information from your check to process your payment electronically.

Donations may also be dropped off in the black deposit boxes at the Church Office (west) or the CDC (east) entrances from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, unless it's a holiday.

Gifts of Stock
Gifts of appreciated stock offer additional tax savings, avoid capital gains taxes, and receive a tax deduction for the full value of the stock on the date of transfer.  
To transfer stock to Family of Christ's Schwab account, please contact our Accountant, Dean Waterman, by calling our office at 719-481-2255.
IRA Charitable Rollover
Do you have an IRA? Are you 70 ½ or older?
Did you know that you can donate directly from your IRA to Family of Christ, Tax-Free?

Benefits:
  • Satisfy your required minimum Distribution (RMD) for the year.
  • Reduce your taxable income, even if you do not itemize deductions.
  • Avoid taxes on transfers up to $111,000 from your IRA to the church.

How does it work?
  • Contact your IRA plan administrator to make a gift from your IRA directly to Family of Christ.
  • Your IRA funds will be mailed directly to Family of Christ.
Please consult your own tax advisor before engaging in any transaction.
